BestCoastPro accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. The return window begins on the day your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with no signs of wear or damage

Items returned in worn, washed, or altered condition are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many BestCoastPro products are produced on demand, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and contact us regarding the original item to see if it qualifies for return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
